WSI PBG Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO of WSI PBG, Rick is responsible for guiding the organization through embodying the WSI Mission Statement, fostering relationships with WSI client companies, managing the WSI Leadership team and building a corporate culture where WSI sets the standard as the premiere Federal Government Promotion Partner within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industries.  Rick governs the overarching strategic direction of the organization to ensure short term and long-term business development and revenue goals are maintained.

For the majority of his career Rick has held numerous leadership and management positions focused exclusively on the Federal markets within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.  While at Pharmacia Rick was part of a team that built the company’s federal sales organization and launched multiple major brands across a variety of disease states.  This model became the largest operational federal sales force within the pharmaceutical industry delivering sustained growth which exceed sales performance expectations every year while Rick was part of that business unit. 

Rick was the genesis behind the formation of the WSI business model which was established in 2003 to offer highly experienced and accomplished sales teams to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical supply and diagnostics industries desiring to increase their business within the Veterans Health Administration, Military Health System and Public Health (Indian Health Services / Federal Bureau of Prisons) markets.  

With more than 35 years of combined leadership and management experience building effective team to effectively and compliantly promote products within the complex policies, procurement and pricing of the Federal Healthcare Systems, Rick has developed the unique skill sets to effectively guide the more than 50 companies that WSI has represented since 2003.  Furthermore, Rick built the industries First, Largest and Only fully dedicated Federal promotional business model with sustained financial stability and growth. 

Rick is extremely passionate about serving the beneficiaries that are treated within the Federal Healthcare Systems and strives every day to represent these systems and the products his client companies offer to improve the lives and healthcare of the patients who are treated within them.
