About Greg Starcher
National Sales Director
As a WSI National Sales Director, Greg is responsible for relationships between the promotional partners and WSI sales force. He helps guide the interaction and promotion of the client’s products with the teams that interface with the Federal Healthcare customer across the United States. Greg has worked with client marketing teams providing feedback on sales resources and sales operations, and has assisted in redeveloping call strategies. Additionally, he has worked with partners across medical specialties and products, ranging from Rare Disease to Injectable Biologics. Over the past ten years he has lead sales teams who are responsible in the markets of pharmaceuticals, diagnostic testing, and vaccines.
Greg brings 25 years of pharmaceutical experience, team leadership and knowledge of the Federal Healthcare system to WSI. He has held various positions of leadership at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, PaxVax inc. and WSI. During this time, he has helped launch five major national sales campaigns, has hired and trained dozens of junior and veteran sales personnel, and written standard operating procedures for government incentive agreements that raised the bar for sales performance. He has years of experience with senior leadership to help each of the organizations reach their goals both in the US and globally.
Greg earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps after college. In addition to his professional achievements, Greg is active in his community, supporting local school sports and fundraising activities. He resides in Texas with his wife, Vanessa.
