About Bobby Justiss
National Sales Director
Hi! I’m Bobby. I am a pharmaceutical sales professional with over 26 successful years in the industry but that is not really all I am. I am a Husband, Dad, Grandpa, veteran who has been blessed with wonderful family and amazing career opportunities to support them.
I started out in the Army (Go Army!) as an enlisted infantryman (Follow Me!). I served 4 years in the infantry then followed my passion into healthcare. The Army helped with that too as I trained in Army Medicine (AMEDD) as a respiratory therapist (RT). Through my work as a RT I discovered the world of pharmaceutical sales. I saw the good things that breakthrough pharmaceutical products did for my patients with breathing issues and wanted in on that.
Merck was the first company to give me a shot doing pharmaceutical sales and helped me develop into an effective sales professional and sales team leader. I would go on to work for several other great companies like JNJ and Pfizer. One thing that connected all these great experiences was that I had a passion to care for those who also served in the military like me. In every role I worked with Veterans and Military hospitals.
My passion is to care for military veterans. I was blessed to come and work for WSI PBG in 2021. WSI is dedicated to improving the healthcare of veterans, Native Americans and military families. It is the perfect alignment of my passion with WSI mission. I currently serve as the team leader for an amazing team in support of a great client. Like my colleagues, I am responsible for the relationship between our client/promotional partner and our WSI sales teams. WSI is the largest fully-dedicated to federal healthcare, promotional partner in the industry. I am proud to work for WSI.
I received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) and a Masters of Business Administration from Waynesburg University. I have worked in many therapeutic areas in my career and supported many terrific brands. My favorite area of interest is in helping veterans with cancer. I have been able to support veterans, with great products, that help patients prolong a good quality of life, and in some cases even become cancer-free. I have also worked in Vaccines, Infectious Disease, Allergy, Immunology, Pulmonary, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Neurology, Womens Health and other interesting segments of healthcare.
I currently live in NC with my wonderful wife Marie. I am active with my church and community. I enjoy history and genealogy and love visiting National Parks and hiking.
